Make Your Health Care Self-Care
Release, Relax, Unwind
How many times have you tried to mask your pain?
Are you ready to get to the source?
All too often people just “deal” with their discomforts. They decide nothing can change their situation and don’t do anything about their muscular health until they are desperate for relief. It is time to change that way of thinking.
Healing Hands is much more than a place to get another massage, it’s a place to heal and recover.
Specialized in post injury, surgery, and chronic issues, an array of deep therapeutic techniques are utilized to relieve you of your discomforts. Such as, but not limited to, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, sports and cupping.
Don’t just manage your pain- Get rid of it!
"Friend, I pray above all things that you may prosper and be in good health, as you are strong in spirit."
- 3 John 1:2
MEET THE THERAPISTS
Abigail became an athlete at a young age. She has sustained a broken ankle and multiple sprains and strains from head to toe. After receiving massages without relief, Abigail decided that she would pursue a career in massage therapy and help those like her to finally move and live pain free. She attended the Boulder College of Massage Therapy and graduated in 2013.
She has since worked with several high-performing professional athletes in cycling, skiing, running, NFL, NHL, and NBA, but her passion remains on those with chronic issues. Abigail has refined her style of “deep” massage to incorporate a blend of Swedish, myofascial release, neuromuscular and trigger point therapy. These modalities are specifically used to move deep into tissue to break up scar tissue, release adhesions in muscle and tendon, all while facilitating a relaxed state of being. This has enabled her to create a skilled and detailed massage for each client to see immediate and lasting results.
Sara’s mission is to artfully facilitate the natural healing forces within.
Sara's style is detailed and adaptive. She dives deep into areas that are often overlooked; bringing radical normalization to the body. She enjoys working outside the box by developing, customizing, and adjusting treatments to the ever-changing needs of each individual client. Since graduating from Berkana Institute of Massage Therapy in 2012, Sara found her niche in deep tissue massage after working extensively with the unique musculoskeletal maladjustments faced by the circus arts community. As an athlete that has sustained injuries, she has refined her knowledge of kinesiology as well as the associated therapeutic techniques.
Sara is trained in a variety of modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, myo-facial techniques, inter-oral therapy, aromatherapy, Thai massage, hot and cold stone therapy, cupping, and pre-natal. She is pursuing the full 250- hour advanced Mindful Expressionism® Certification and currently is a practitioner of three out of the five levels. To learn more about this program:
